We endeavour to deliver your orders for the products purchased on this website in a very nice tamper-proof bag with superior packaging and in an estimated time frame. Before dispatching, we check/ inspect/ examine all the shipments very carefully and we dispatch your orders throughout the week except Sundays and public holidays. Normally we dispatch your order within 12 to 18 hours of receiving the order.

We deliver our products in the following states of India:

Shipping charges, delivery time and payment mode for the products ordered on are subject to your Location/ Pincode.


Free Shipping Facility is available on net order amount of Rs.799 or above but suppose, if your net order amount is below Rs.799 then you have to pay a shipping charge for such an order. Kindly note that shipping charges may vary according to the weight, size and Location/ Pincode of your shipment. Dadreeios reserves the right to change its free shipping limit at any time without any notice to you, this is entirely at Dadreeios's own sole discretion.

2. LOCAL AND DOMESTIC DELIVERY always ensure the safe and fastest delivery of your orders, that's why we use the most reliable courier company for orders deliveries such as Delhivery. Normally in India, local delivery of an order takes almost 3 to 5 working days and domestic delivery of an order takes almost 5 to 7 working days in order to reach your doorstep. But sometimes the actual delivery time period of your order may vary due to some unexpected circumstances which are beyond our control.

In India there are some areas i.e. Jammu & Kashmir, northeastern states, remote areas in hills, certain small villages or towns etc. delivery may take some more time due to lack of accessibility, poor weather conditions or some other safety and security reasons etc. and sometimes delivery may delay due to customer's unavailability or discrepancies i.e. incorrect/ incomplete shipping address or invalid contact details provided by the customers. 

Before placing any order on this website, you may easily know an estimated delivery time specified on the respective product details page regarding your order. Once you placed order successfully then you will receive an order confirmation email from us containing all the information/ details regarding your order i.e. order summary, estimated delivery date, name of our courier company with contact number, shipment air way bill number or tracking number etc. but sometimes on some occasions, delivery of your order may be delayed due to "Force Majeure Event" means unforeseeable circumstances which are beyond our reasonable control and shall include without limitation i.e. heavy rain, lightning, flood, storm, typhoon, earthquake, fire, sabotage, hurricanes, lighting, snowfall, explosion, accident, collapse, plane crash, act of God, civil commotion, strikes or industrial action of any kind, riots, band (hindi word), insurrection, war (declared or not), blackout during a war, acts, legislation, regulations, restrictions of government or public authority, lockouts, slowdowns, lockdown (outbreak or epidemic or pandemic due to any dangerous & very harmful viral/ bacterial infections), terrorist attack, terrorist threats, transport strike, Indian railway strike, computer hacking, computer viruses, trojan horse virus, unauthorized access to computer data and storage devices, computer crash, server crash, breach of security and encryption etc. herein all these circumstances, we will try our level best to reach you by email, sms, chat or mobile phone call but shall not be responsible and/ or liable directly or indirectly for the same and you accept, agree and confirms that you will not make demand for any kind of compensation from in this regard.

1. Customers are required to sign for all the order deliveries.         
Normally our courier boy informs all of our customers about their arrivals in advance but sometimes they may not inform you, this is something completely beyond our control.

In case of any wrong delivery or any deviation and discrepancy in the order delivery, please call our customer care at +91 7498042995 or report us at within 2 working days from the date of delivery confirmation sms or email, failing to do so, your no claim will be accepted by us.


On, the order value is calculated after applying all the respective discounts, taxes and any other applicable charges.

Though we always try our level best to deliver your order during our given estimated delivery date to your doorstep sometimes on some occasions, if your package is not reached to you as per our given estimated delivery date, please inform us as soon as possible at, we will try our level best to resolve such issue as early as possible.

  • Before placing any order on this website, you must first check the Pin code for your Location is serviceable or not.
  • You cannot refuse to take any delivery of your product ordered/ purchased on unless any damages or deficiencies are identified by you upfront at the time of taking delivery.
  • Sometimes on some occasions, if your order has multiple products, your order may be split and delivered into different shipments for which you have made one combined payment under one order id. thus, in this case, such different shipments may be dispatched in a separate time frame and therefore the delivery time of such different shipments may probably differ.
  • In the event that you think that your package is not in good condition or opened or tempered or damaged or there is any shortage in the package, in this scenario, do not accept the package from our courier boy and immediately inform our customer care team through a phone call. Please note, any intimation after 12 hours of the attempted delivery, will not be considered. If you do not do so then will not be responsible and/ or liable for any loss, damage or expense for the same.
  • We always require a signature from you or anyone (on behalf of you) at your provided address as a recipient of your parcel/ shipment. So at the time of receiving your parcel from our courier boy, you or any person (on behalf of you) must co-operate with him for the same.
  • If at the time of placing your order on this website, you selected the COD option then you must keep your full and final payment ready before the arrival of our courier boy at your doorstep.
  • If at the time of placing your order on this website, if by mistakenly you provide the wrong information to us i.e. wrong name, delivery address, contact number or any other details and due to this your parcel comes returned to us, in this case, any shipping charges regarding its return and re-delivery of such parcel incurred by shall be collected from you and you shall alone bear the same.
  • sends the shipment at the customer's risk. In any event, if at your provided address, no one accepts your shipment or refuses to take your shipment without any valid reason then in this situation, will not bear any kind of loss for the same or try to send the same shipment again.
